Sold a condo home in 2010 in Treasure Island
I have been through 2 short sales now with Jennie and Blackburn Investors Realty. One of them was very high profile. I am very pleased Jennie was able to negotiate and release me from any further deficiency prior to closing for both of these properties. She was also able to hold off the foreclosure hearings for many months which was long enough to finally sit me down at the closing table and sell both properties on a short sale. I feel lucky to have found Zach in my search for an agent in the St. Petersburg area. Being new to the area and not knowing anyone who could recommend a great real estate agent I made calls to many different agencies and spoke with a lot of agents. Zach was probably the seventh or eighth agent I talked to and I immediately knew I wanted to work with him.
